During an engagement
When we work on your IT environment, we may receive access to admin consoles, identity providers, MDM platforms, SaaS tools, and documentation. We treat that access with least-privilege principles, document changes, and remove our access at the end of the engagement unless an ongoing arrangement is in place.

We rely on a small set of trusted providers — for example, our website host, email provider, and scheduling tools — who process information only as needed to support our business operations.
Retention
We retain inquiry and engagement records for as long as we need them for business and recordkeeping purposes. You can ask us to delete your contact information at any time.
